Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

For any online token or pre-paid diagnostic procedure: if you cancel your appointment at least 4 hours before your scheduled time slot, or if the radiologist determines that a scan cannot be completed due to safety contraindications (e.g., pacemaker), you will receive a 100% full refund.

2. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original source method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) within 2 to 4 working days.
